Team Lead Technician - Shop Foreman -

We are looking for an experienced Tech who is ready to step into a team leadership role and help develop other team members in their diagnostic ability and skill levels.
Position: Experienced Automotive A-level Technician.
Earnings: Competitive, based on experience, performance, team leadership.

Hours: Full-time 8-5, Monday-Friday. Weekends off

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership, Workflow management
- Teaching new skills and theory to developing technicians.
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs with consistent excellence.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and timelines.
- Perform digital vehicle inspections to document clearly the current condition of customer’s vehicles so they can make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Certifications: ASE Master, 609, (Willingness to purse new certifications)
- Experience or Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to utilize an oscilloscope.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements.
